The plates are engraved with the latest digital method, directly from computer graphics to digital photopolymer using infrared laser, resulting in an incision and then allowing a total repeatability suitable for high-quality prints. The maximum size is 203x127cm workable.

Effeci has chosen to install two innovative CRON broadband CTP for high quality, the first Italian company in the flexographic cliche sector, a unique and resourceful choice capable of guaranteeing unparalleled quality.

Those CTP are able to engrave with results from 4800, 5080 up to 9600 dpi, maintaining a constant production speed and definitely performing for any type of plate thickness used.

We use flat stitch plates from different manufacturers listed below, so our starting point is already excellent, with those new CTP we are able to offer unique performances in this genre.
